Ellis Butchers Rebrand 2026

Ellis Butchers is a sustainable, whole-carcass butcher with two shops in Blackheath, southeast London, under one parent brand. Founder Nick Ellis bought both long-standing shops at once and needed a premium parent for a low-waste business that let each shop speak to its neighborhood without falling back on butcher clichés. Studio Blackburn's 2026 identity places one parent brand above two distinct shops, Village and Standard, and sets out to bring fun and surprise to a traditional trade.
