Sandvik Rebrand & Brand Identity

Sandvik is a Swedish high-tech engineering group, founded in 1862, serving mining, manufacturing and infrastructure. Lynxeye's 2023 rebrand brought back a wordmark based on the company's 1962 logo, paired it with a new circular symbol standing for progress and circularity, and set up a group architecture that lets brands grow through acquisitions. After years of divestments and deals, people still pictured the old Sandvik rather than the digital, automated and electrified company it had become.
